Advised to put fan on auto so ac can dehumidify. 45 to 55 is normal. No dehumidifier in home.
Removed old equipment and installed new Rheem 4 ton 18 seer heat pump with 4 ton evaporator coil and 96% gas furnace. Installed new emergency drain pan, new pan safety switch, new coil safety switch, new condensation pump, new thermostat, new composite pad and new line voltage monitor for outdoor unit. Reconnected high voltage, low voltage, drain line, gas line, return plenum, supply plenum and exhaust vent. Tested system operations in heating and cooling, set refrigerant charge.

Arrived to system off, turned system in cool and checked refrigerant pressures found system is low 1-2lbs of R410A, indoor blower and coils are dirty, return duct has a restriction, condensate safety is not wired in, outdoor coils are dirty. If homeowner opted for leak searching and replacing indoor coil there is a possibility that this coil is out of stock due to the change in refrigerants. Spoke with Jerry he decided to have a comfort advisor come out and give quote on upgrading comfort system. System is 5 years old, checked warranty through weather king (brand) and found that system does not have a warranty. Recommend leaving system off to prevent indoor coils from freezing. OD temp 78

Indoor control board malfunctioning causing unit to periodically cut off. Board needs replaced filter. Unit is 15yrs plus, comfort specialist coming out to quote new system.
Warranty variable speed condenser fan motor is faulty and failing, needs replacing. Maintenance paid. She said she will let us know. Estimate included.

Found flame sensor dirty causing the system to shut off. Offered homeowner maintenance plan for just heating he decided to do it. Found gas leak on gas line to furnace spoke with homeowner he decided to repair, repaired gas line and checked for leaks with meter and soap bubbles none found.
